We ship all over the US and internationally! We offer free 3-5 business day shipping within the United States.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your orders for shipment. Shipping internationally to countries outside of the United States will take 7-20 business days to arrive. 

All orders will come with a tracking number. 

For international orders, please keep in mind that there may be taxes and duties applied by customs from your own country. You are responsible for paying your own country’s tax and duty charges. 

Note: Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19.

It is important to Pibu that customers love their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product, Pibu provides a full refund within 30 days. Please note that we do not cover for return shipping expenses. The product is expected to be unopened and in original packaging.

Yes we offer a 1 year limited warranty on our products. The warranty is limited to battery issues or product related defects. Warranty does not cover personal damages to the product. If the item has been dropped, stolen, misused, and shows signs of general wear and tear from everyday usage, it will not be covered by warranty.

Yes, yes, and yes! All the materials used to create your Pibu are ethically and sustainably sourced. There is also absolutely no animal testing or use of animal-based products.

We accept Shopify payments (credit card), Paypal, and Google Pay.

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then send out another email when the order has been shipped along with a tracking number.


If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please email us at support@officialpibu.com with your order number. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your orders for shipment.

If your order has not already been shipped out yet, please contact us at support@officialpibu.com and we will make arrangements to process your cancellation.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours since it has been processed. If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping. Please do not open the packaging of the product and return immediately. A refund will be processed after the product has been shipped back and received.

If you have already paid for your order and wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@officialpibu.com with your order number for quicker processing. 

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot edit or modify your address so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during checkout. We will not be held liable for any failed deliveries due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during checkout.

Device /Skin Care

You can use any facial cleanser of your choice with the Pibu. But to keep the Pibu in optimal condition, we recommend avoiding clay-based, silicone-based, and grainy exfoliating cleansers as it may wear down the silicone bristles - your Pibu will naturally do the exfoliating for you!

Yes! The Pibu is safe to be used under and around the eyes to help reduce puffiness and dark circles. We recommend using the back of the Pibu at a lower frequency for a gentle eye massaging feature.

The Pibu uses a USB charger Type A charger.

You can clean your Pibu by simply rinsing it with water and soap. Then proceed to let it air dry. 

Just 2 hours  of charging time will last you up to 2 months of daily usage.
