Return & Warranty
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we can help with a refund or replacement within 30 days since your purchase. Please take photos to show us the condition of the product and have your order number ready when contacting customer service at email@example.com.
In the case where the package is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount if the package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners.
Only regular priced products may be eligible for a refund. Any products that were purchased with a discount code or on sale will not be eligible for a refund.
Our refund policy is up to 30 days upon purchase. Return requests past 30 days will be denied and will not be eligible for a refund.
If our product is purchased from another retailer, we cannot process refunds for that product or provide replacements.
Please note that we do not cover for return shipping expenses. The product is expected to be unopened and in original packaging. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and it is important that it is unused for eligible return.
To start your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed when the product is returned, received, and inspected. We will notify you via email once we have received your item and the status of your refund. In the email we will provide information on whether we approved or rejected the return. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment. Please wait 5-7 business days to see the refund since there is some processing time. Contact us at email@example.com for further questions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
After inspection, if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to Pibu’s error a partial refund will be processed.
For exchanges, please contact our support and we will provide you with the return address. Please keep in mind that we only exchange items that are defective. The warranty is limited to battery issues or product-related defects. Warranty does not cover personal damages to the product. If the item has been dropped, stolen, misused, and shows signs of general wear and tear from everyday usage, it will not be covered by warranty.
